Peachtree residents write poetry

(The following poems were written by residents at Peachtree Centre.)

FALL

In the fall the leaves fall down, All colors of orange, red and brown. Pumpkin pies are good for the eyes, As a jug of cider stands by. We see V formations in the sky, As the geese fly by. - By Mickie Harmon, Esmer Ligon, Sara Sanders, Lib Millwood, Chigger Robertson, Millie Skinner

BEAUTIFUL

Autumn is so colorful, All the leaves are beautiful. Jack-o-lanterns give off a pretty glow, As we rock and the winds blow, And harvest time approaches. - By Lorene Dover, Myrtle Ruppe, Grace Owens, Wallace Clary, Eloise Simmons and Era Sullivan
