EUFAULA, Ala. - Joe Edward Ramsey, 80, died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007, at Henry County Health and Rehab in Abbeville, Ala. Born March 21, 1927, in Gaffney, he was the son of the late Virgil and Carrie Rogers Ramsey. Mr. Ramsey served in the Merchant Marines before being drafted into the Army during World War II. More ...
