TRACEY ZEININGER ...Charged with threatening a public official A Blacksburg woman who was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with public disorderly conduct after allegedly becoming upset at the parking and student pickup rules at Blacksburg Primary School is once again in custody.
Tracey Zeininger, 38, of 156 Kayla Lane, has been charged with threatening a public official.
According to a report on file at the Gaffney Police Department, authorities were called to the Cherokee County School District office 10 a.m. Thursday in response to complaints that a woman was "irate and cussing."
The report states that when officers arrived, Zeininger was making her way through the parking lot saying "go ahead and take me to jail."
Officers said when they tried to calm her down, Zeininger said "if I am going to jail then I'm going to take the principal out."
Police asked her to leave the premises and advised her not to make any threats, the report states.
After Zeininger left the district office, officers were told by two witnesses that Zeininger had said she was going to "get blood from the principal" and "she was going to take her out."
Zeininger was later arrested by authorities at the Gaffney Police Department. She remained in custody awaiting a bond hearing as of press time Friday.
