Derek Maurice Lattimore of Roosevelt, N.Y., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007, in Mercy Medical Center, Rockville Centre, N.Y.

Son of Susie Huskey Lattimore and the late Damon Lattimore, he was a native of Gaffney.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Brittany Lattimore of the home; five brothers, Donnie Huskey of the home, Ronald Dean Jeffries, Reggie Tate of Gaffney, Lee Charles Lattimore of the home, Damon Lattimore Jr. of Freeport N.Y.; three sisters, Sandra Lattimore of Gaffney, lndacochea Lattimore of Staten Island, N.Y., and Dominique Lattimore of Roosevelt, N.Y.

Services were held Sunday, Oct. 21, at 7 p.m. at John Moore Funeral Home in Roosevelt, N.Y. Interment will be today at Greenfield Cemetery in Uniondale, N.Y.
