Tenants named in plans submitted by developer The Peach Plaza is starting to fill up. Aaron Rentals will occupy a 7,000-square-foot retail space at the 40,000 square-foot shopping center located on a fiveacre parcel adjacent to Rite Aid (formerly Eckerd's), according to plans submitted this week to the City of Gaffney. Citi Trends, which sells children's clothing, is expected to anchor the strip mall in a 12,000-square-foot area. The initial plans show space for four other tenants and three outparcels. The outparcels front Floyd Baker Boulevard with the strip mall located in the rear of the property. The existing Enterprise Car Rental and CheckMate are located on one of the outparcels. Pizza Hut has relocated to the outparcel immediately adjacent to Eckerd's. Possible tenants for the other outparcel will be a smaller-size restaurant or bank, according to project manager McFadden Blanding. |
