Four Gaffney residents were arrested Wednesday after authorities received a call about shots being fired from a vehicle. Justinn Caldwell, 23, and Christopher Forest Byars, 22, both of 139 Greenfield Road, and Michael Eric Dobbins, 23, of 1619 Leadmine Road, have been charged with discharging a firearm and malicious damage to property.
