Charles E. White

BLACKSBURG - Charles Edward White, 72, of 662 Dravo Road, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2007, in Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.

Son of the late Ephram and Sarah White, Mr. White was formerly a mechanic for the City of Kings Mountain and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are a brother, W.K. White, of Blacksburg and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held today at 2 p.m., conducted by the Revs. Joseph Clayton.

Pallbearers will be Darrel Spake, Gary Greene, Tim Blanton, Jason Mullinax, Allen Parris, Preston Bell and Scott Varnadore.

Visitation was held Tuesday from 6-7:30 p.m. at Gordon Mortuary.

The family is at the home of Billy White, 626 Dravo Road.
