Hospital to host 'Business After Hours'

Upstate Carolina Medical Center will host Business After Hours on Thursday, Feb. 15, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Cherokee National Golf Club. Business After Hours is a monthly business networking opportunity sponsored by the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce. All Chamber members are invited and encouraged to bring a guest, who might be interested in joining the Chamber.

The Gaffney-based hospital is the annual host of Business After Hours in February. It is one of the larger and betterattended events of the year.

This year, the hospital will promote healthy lifestyles. Two local fitness centers will present non-stop exercise demonstrations. Other features will include surroundsound of spa-like music, minimassages, healthy food choices, and health information presented in novel ways.
