James Edward Harris

James Edward Harris, 40, of Wildwood Apts., Spartanburg, died Thursday on arrival at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Born in Spartanburg County, he was a son of James Robert Valentine and Mattie Dunn Valentine.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by: 1 son, Deon Littlejohn of Cowpens; 2 daughters, Angelica Littlejohn of Cowpens and Jamie McDowell of Landrum, S.C.; 1 brother, Jamie Jackson of Spartanburg; 4 sisters, Tonya Moore (Donnell) of Chesnee, Kelisha Wilkins of Forest City, N.C., Crystal Roberts (Andrew) of Durham, N.C., and Tiffany Wilkins of Greensboro, N.C.; 3 step-brothers, Stanley Wilkins, Ricky Wilkins and Reggie Wilkins, all of Forest City; grandparents, Vera Harris, Mattie Valentine and Bob Dunn, all of Chesnee.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, 2:00 p.m., in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel with Rev. L.J. Valentine officiating.

The family is at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Robert Valentine, 1587 Fairfield Road, Chesnee.
