Mary Ann Dawkins

Mary Ann Dawkins, 81, of 506 Oliver St., passed Sunday at 4:17 p.m. at Upstate Carolina Medical Center.

A native of Cherokee County, Dawkins was the widow of the late Jack Leonard Dawkins and the daughter of the late James and Mary Steen.

She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church Senior Citizens as well as Indian Hill Baptist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Latina Allen of the home; four brothers, two sisters, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Foster Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
