      Walter David Pelzer Jr., 62, of 201 Byars Circle, passed away Dec. 16 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Oklahoma, he was the husband of Ola Richards Pelzer and son of the late Walter David Pelzer Sr. and Billie Pelzer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and was disabled.
