George Mapp Tuck Jr., 46, of 124 Nellies Drive, passed away on Monday, Dec. 31, 2007.

Born in Suffolk, Va., he was the son of the late George Mapp Tuck Sr. and Hazel Bishop Tuck and the fiance of Jackie Fowler. He was a former golf course planner and a graduate of University of Florida. Mr. Tuck was a veteran of the United States Army and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are numerous brothers and sisters.

Graveside services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in Frederick Memorial Gardens with the Revs. Lynn Ford and Jimmy Powell officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Blakely Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.

The family will be at the home of Jackie Fowler, 919 9th St.
