STOGNER RETIRES

Dr. Michael Stogner retired recently as Aging Services director of the Appalachian Council of Governments after 23 years of service. Vickie Clark Williams, a native of New York, has been named to succeed Dr. Stogner. She comes to the Appalachian Council of Governments in Greenville from the Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments in Sumter. Pictured are (l-r) Dr. Stogner; Dr. J.W.
