Web site will contain instant news coverage

We're changing the way we cover the news.

Beginning immediately, The Gaffney Ledger will post breaking news as well as follow-ups and even some feature items on our Web site as they become ready.

This means, for example, you won't have to wait for Friday's newspaper to find out about a significant development that might have occurred Thursday. As soon as it happens, we'll have it on our Web site.

We will also be posting more photos and even some video files on a regular basis.
