Jerry Hughey Keller, 64, of 308 Darby Road, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Feb. 11, 2008, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Born in Gaffney, he was husband of Nora Mae Harris Dover and son of the late Fred

W. Keller Sr. and Fannie Shehan Keller.

Mr. Keller was a veteran

of the U.S. Army, having served his country in Vietnam. He formerly worked at Gaffney Board of Public Works and Lowe's and attended Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church in Hickory Grove.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Mitchell Keller, Timmy Keller and Billy Keller, all of Blacksburg; a stepson, Billy Collins, of Greenville; a stepdaughter, Joyce Ann Hawks of Eugene, Oregon; three brothers, Fred Keller Jr., C.R. Keller and Donnie Parker, all of Gaffney; and numerous grandchildren and step-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 10-11 a.m. at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church in Hickory Grove. A memorial service will be at the church at 11 a.m., immediately following the visitation, conducted by the Rev. Larry Hyder.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to Nora Mae Dover, c/o Wachovia Bank, 101 N. Limestone St., Gaffney, S.C. 29340.

Family members are at their respective homes.
