BLACKSBURG - Joe Dean Mosley, 53, of 763 Old Chester Road, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2008, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Systems.

A native of Blacksburg, Mr. Mosley was the son of Grady Lee Mosley and Lucille Pruitt Mosley. Mr. Mosley worked as a stamper in textiles and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Mosley is survived by three sons, Shannon Mosley, Brian Mosley and Jason Mosley, all of Blacksburg; a daughter, Sheka Mosley of Gaffney; two brothers, Donald Mosley and David Mosley, both of Blacksburg; and four grandchildren.

Services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Hopewell Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation was held Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Gordon Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Hopewell Baptist Church Building Fund, 511 Old Chester Road, Blacksburg, S.C. 29702.
