Receives degree

Brent Byars Brent Byars received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina on Monday, Dec. 17. He was also named to the Dean's List for the 2007 spring and fall semesters. Byars is the son of Kimberly Byars of New York and grandson of Dorothy Byars and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Phillips of Gaffney.
