Burglar strikes home, leaves note

A burglar stole a Playstation video game console and two games from a Concord Road, Gaffney, home last Friday evening and apparently left a note of explanation for the homeowner.

According to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, a note saying, "We got you back," was found in the home after the incident. The unknown thief apparently forced open the door to the home with a crowbar. A witness saw a man walk away from the home carrying a black box in his arm. The thief allegedly left the scene in a red, four-door car, according to police reports. Theft losses are estimated at $655.
