Franklin D. William Adams
Franklin D. William Adams, 62, of A-3 Granard Courts, died Friday in his home
Widower of Sandra Brads her Adams, he was born in Cherokee County, a son of the late Fred Adams and Evelyn Linder Roseboro.
He was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church.
Surviving is a son, Michael Adams of Raleigh, N.C.; two sisters, Inez Littlejohn (Robert) and Cheryl Dowdle (Thomas), both of Gaffney; a brother, Forest Lee Roseboro (Hattie) of Gaffney; three grandchildren, raised in the home, Shanee Adams, Ta'Cola Adams and Sandra Lee Adams, all of Raleigh.; a mother-in-law, Rosa Lee Bradsher of Raleigh; three sisters-in-law, Becky Barnes of Raleigh, N.C., Joann Adams of Gaffney and Catherine Adams of Washington, D.C.; and godchildren Jamie Robinson and Tomansa Dowdle.
Funeral Services will be Thursday, 3:00 p.m., in The Gilmore Mortuary Chapel with Rev. C.A. Wallace officiating, assisted by Rev. Timothy L. Hunter, Rev. Dewey Whittenburg and Rev. Pittman Harris.
Interment will follow in Mt. Sinai Church Cemetery.
The family is at the home of Inez and Robert Littlejohn, 302 Vermont Drive.
The Gilmore Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
