John Spratt (D-SC) announced Tuesday that workers laid off from Garment Technologies, Inc., of Gaffney, including onsite leased workers from Signum, LLC, are eligible to apply for federal assistance. All workers at the plant who were totally or partially separated from employment on or after March 27, 2007, may apply for benefits. More ...
