Born in Cherokee County, she was widow of Loy (Shorty) Teague and daughter of the late Andrew Allison and Ethel Bailey Allison. She was a homemaker and member of Calvary Baptist Church.

      Thomas Smith, 65, of Apt. 904, Iveywood Apartments, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2008, at 1:57 a.m. in Spartanburg Regional Medical System, Spartanburg. A native of Cherokee County, he was the son of the late Columbus Smith and the late Amzime Davis Smith. He was a member of Mount Tabor Baptist Church and a former employee of Mr. Zip in San Antonio, Texas.
