Danni's Gymnastics participates in South Carolina championship

Team member Hannah Bowers wins 1st place honors on beam

Hannah Bowers of Gaffney is the Level 5 State Beam Champion. Hannah participated in the championship competition March 14-15 in Myrtle Beach. Hannah Bowers of Gaffney is the Level 5 State Beam Champion. Hannah participated in the championship competition March 14-15 in Myrtle Beach. Myrtle Beach was the location for the S.C. Level 4- 5 State Gymnastics Championships, and Danni's Gymnastics finished its season on March 14-15,

Aleka Tsiknias, a Level 4 gymnast, finished vault with a score of 9.2, beam with 8.975 for 4th place, and 4th on floor.

Mackenzie Elmore, a Level 5 gymnast, finished 5th on bars with 8.95, 4th on floor with 8.95 and 7th All Around with 34.875.

Michaela Lee, also a Level 5 gymnast, finished 8th on vault, 3rd on beam with 9.0, 3rd on floor with 8.975 and 6th All Around with 34.225.

Hannah Bowers, a Level 5 gymnast, placed 4th on vault, 6th on bars with 8.7, 1st on beam with 9.1, 7th on floor with 8.725 and 4th All Around with 35.175 in the state in her age group. Hannah, daughter of Will and Jeannine Bowers, has been a gymnast for four years and practices approximately 14 hours per week.

Maddie Norton competed at the Level 6-10 S.C. State Competition on March 29 in Lexington, where she placed 5th on vault with a score of 8.6, 5th on beam, and 5th on floor with a score of 9.025. She placed 7th All Around.
