A 22-year-old Gaffney man pleaded guilty in Cherokee County General Sessions Court on Monday to murdering another man during an attempted robbery last April. Dear Editor: My problem is with the Gaffney Board of Public Works. I have been a customer since 2000. I am a single mother of three and I work a full-time job. I received a call from one of my neighbors letting me know the Board was at my house. I then realized my power bill was due the day before.
