A native of Gaffney, Mrs. Queen was the widow of Willie Junior Queen and daughter of the late William Clarence and Margaret Louise Riddle Queen. Mrs. Queen worked as a nurse for over 40 years at Cherokee Memorial Hospital and Mary Black Hospital.
