DJ anniversary concert features top gospel groups

The 30th DJ anniversary of Billy Dean and His Spiritual Machine will be held Sunday, May 4, at Brooklyn C.M.E. Life Center on Hwy. 11 in Chesnee. Doors open at 4 p.m. and the singing starts at 5.

Featured on the program will be The Southland Troubadores, The Joylites, The Gospel Tones, The Exciting Harris Brothers, all of Gaffney, and The Jones Brothers of Lancaster.

Also featured will be The Royal Six of Gaffney, The Voices of Harmony of Cowpens and The Silver Trumpets of Woodruff.

The Rev. Timothy L. Hunter will serve as the master of ceremonies. Tickets are $10 for adults and $2 for children 6-12.
