Support groups

AA meetings are held at 8 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in the building behind Limestone Methodist Church on Carlisle Street. If you have a problem with alcohol, you are welcome to attend.

Alcohol is the number one drug of choice among today's youth and the fourth leading cause of death. Young people who begin drinking before the age of 15 are five times more likely to develop alcohol dependence than those who wait until the age of 21. If you have a loved one suffering from drug or alcohol addiction, contact Narconon to receive free counseling, assessment and referrals to centers nationwide. Addiction is predictable. It will end in one of three ways: death, prison or sobriety. It's your choice. For help call 800-466- 6933 or www.stopaddiction.
