Roxanne ("Rocky") Loretta Petrea, 48, of 409 Corinth Road, died Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at Gaston Memorial Hospital, Gastonia, N.C.

She was the daughter of Herbert and Bernice Ledford of the home and was a member of the Upper Room Tabernacle in Gastonia.

Surviving in addition to her parents are a daughter, Charity Tscheiller of Gastonia; a son, Bryan Melton of Bessemer City, N.C.; and two sisters, Jackie Bray and Robin Dorsett, both of Gaffney.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronnie Cash and Bobby Johnson.

A celebration of life service will be held graveside on Saturday, May 17, at 11 a.m. at Oakland Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. James Norman Green. The family will receive friends immediately following the service and at other times at the home.

In lieu of flowers, Ms. Petrea may be remembered with donations to the Roxanne Petrea Funeral Fund, c/o white Columns Funeral Service, 102 N. Rutherford St., Blacksburg, S.C. 29702.
