      Dewey Bobby (D.B.) Wilkie, 67, formerly of 159 Wilkie Road, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at Brookview Healthcare. Born in Gaffney, he was the son of the late Dewey S. Wilkie and Ollie Pearl Spencer Wilkie. He was the owner/operator of R&W Floor Covering Company and was of the Baptist faith.

Retired from Oxford Ind.
      Inez Robinson Jones, 78, of 2389 Love Springs Road, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at her residence. Born in Gaston County, N.C., she was the widow of James (Jimmy) Pinkney Jones and daughter of the late Thomas Robert Robinson and Virgie Holcomb Robinson. Mrs. Jones was retired from Oxford Industries and was a member of West End Baptist Church.

      Tom Smith, 74, of 717 Marietta St., widower of Annie Mae Perry Smith, passed away Monday, May 19, 2008, at his residence. Born in Gaffney, Mr. Smith was a son of the late Elijah and Belle Smith. He was retired from Cherokee Finishing Company and was of the Baptist faith. He will always be remembered by his family as a loving father.
