Mike and Faye Speck have been singing and ministering for more than 30 years. As an ordained minister and former pastor, Mike Speck has a deep love for the local church. He has served on the staff of six different churches throughout Michigan, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Virginia., most recently as minister of music for Dr. Jerry Falwell at Thomas Road Baptist Church, Lynchburg, Va.

During the 80s and 90s, as a result of their citywide evangelistic crusades, the two began writing and arranging music for church choirs. Today, thousands of churches regularly use the choral collections. They have arranged and compiled 21 choral books.

The other member of the group is Stacie Caraway who resides with her husband, Christian, in Chattanooga, Tenn. Not only a wonderful singer, she is a corporate lawyer for Miller and Martin law firm.
