'Songs of the Celtic' concert at Iron City Place June 7

Vocalist and harpist Deborah Brinson will present a "Songs of the Celtic" concert Saturday, June 7, at 7:30 p.m. at Iron City Place banquet hall in Blacksburg.

BLACKSBURG - Vocalist and harpist Deborah Brinson will present a "Songs of the Celtic" concert on Saturday, June 7, at 7:30 p.m. in Iron City Place banquet hall.

Brinson will perform harp and vocal arrangements of songs from Ireland and Scotland.

Affectionally known as Miss Deborah by her students and fans, Brinson gives voice, harp and piano lessons in Mill Springs, N.C. She is involved in music research internationally and returned in April from a trip to Ireland and Malta.

Tickets for the concert are $12 at the door.
