Miss Sanders, Mr. Coleman married at Jekyll Island, Ga.
Mr. and Mrs. Coleman Nikkita Danielle Sanders and Christopher Douglas Coleman, both of Mooresboro, N.C., were married Saturday, May 3, 2008, at Jekyll Island, Ga. Earl Perry conducted the 3 p.m. ceremony. A reception, given by Marilyn Perry, followed.
The bride is the daughter of Dana Cassidy of Gaffney and Donald and Vicki Sanders of Brunswick, Ga. Her grandmother is Kay Alexander of Rock Hill. A 2005 graduate of Gaffney High Rock, she is studying to be a surgical technician.
The groom is the son of Tina Jones of Chesnee and Doug Coleman of Gaffney. His grandparents are Brenda and Edward Potter of Mooresboro. A 2002 graduate of Gaffney High School, he works in construction.
Mr. and Mrs. Coleman spent their honeymoon in Florida.
Given in marriage by her father, Donald Wayne Sanders, the bride was attired in a floor-length sheath dress enhanced with a train the back. The dress was embellished with appliques of pearls and sequins. She wore a shoulder-length veil of illusion and carried a bouquet of calla lilies and miniature purple flowers accented with greenery and white lace ribbon.
Keely Ramsey of Gaffney was the bride's maid of honor while Lacey Coyle and Jackie Coyle of Inman, sisters of the bride, were bridesmaids. They wore street-length purple sheath dresses and each carried a single calla lily wrapped with purple ribbon.
Kali Cassidy of Rock Hill, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl and wore a street-length white dress enhanced with a ribbon sash that tied in the back. Her hair was adorned with a crown and she carried a basket of light purple petals.
Houston Jones of Sunshine, N.C., brother of the groom, was the ring bearer.
Kevin Coleman of Gaffney attended his brother as best man. Groomsmen were Justin Cassidy of Rock Hill and Rikki Sanders of Gaffney, brothers of the bride
