Cynthia T. Dover
BLACKSBURG - Cynthia Ann Turner Dover, 51, of 528 N. Charleston St., passed away Monday, June 9, 2008, at her home.
Born in Gaffney, Mrs. Dover was the wife of Jerry Franklin Dover of the home and daughter of the late Howard and Carolyn Sprouse Turner. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Turner is survived by a daughter, Cathy Michelle Dover of the home; a son, Frankie Alan Dover of Bennettsville; three sisters, Harriette Reynolds, Phyllis Willis and Winky Turner, all of Blacksburg; and one grandson, Jeremy Dover.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dover was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Turner and Alan Turner; and two sisters, Annette Turner and Kathy Westmoreland.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 11, from 6 -7:30 p.m. at Gordon Mortuary.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 12, at 11 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Jamie Ellis.
Pallbearers will be Roger D. Turner, W.L. Turner, Mike Sherill, Travis Westmoreland, Tommy Westmoreland and Buck Jones.
The family will be at the residence.
