Diann Manning

Diann Lynn Manning, 38, of 328 Darby Road, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2008, at Upstate Carolina Medical Center. Born in Gaffney, she was the wife of Steve Henson and daughter of the late George Alexander Manning and Mary Ann Dobek Manning. She was a graduate of Blacksburg High School and employed by Ply Gem. Mrs. Manning was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are a son, Steven Alexander Manning of the home; two sisters, Rhonda Manning Humphries and husband, Joe, and Shannon Manning Spencer, all of Gaffney; three nephews, Joseph Humphries, Alex Humphries and Dillon Spencer; and a niece, Casey Spencer. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 1, from 3-4 p.m. at Blakely Funeral Home. Memorial services will immediately follow at 4 p.m. in the chapel with the Rev. Alester McKinney and Joe Humphries officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to Meals on Wheels, P.O. Box 1886, Gaffney, S.C. 29342.
