Bethel Baptist honors grads at baccalaureate service

Bethel Baptist Church honored its 2008 kindergarten, Head Start, high school and college graduates on Sunday, June 1, during the 10:30 a.m. worship service.

The high school seniors were in charge of the pulpit services. Pastor Sanders presented Bibles on behalf of the church family to the high school seniors. Music was presented by the Bethel Baptist Church youth and young adult choirs. Parents and family members were also recognized during the service.

Chars-evlyn Littejohn was the emcee and gave the appreciation thanks to Pastor Sanders and the church for the Bibles.

Will Antron Brannon was the speaker.

Crystal Littlejohn, Steffen Foster and Jordan Moorman gave the call to worship while Miracle Jones offered the prayer of invocation, acknowledge visitors, and announced birthdays and anniversaries.

Jolonna Montgomery spoke words of appreciation and offered the hymn of praise. KeAndrea Stevenson gave the responsive reading and the altar prayer while Bobby Haney made the announcements. Anthony Brown gave the offertory prayer and introduced the speaker.
