Sarratt came into the game tied for fourth in the CPL with a 1.37 ERA. This was his first shutout and second complete game of the summer. The all-star game will be played at McRary Park, home of the Asheboro Copperheads. Game time is set for 7:05 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22.
He also was selected as the Rawlings Coastal Plain League's Co-Pitcher of the Week for the third time this summer.
