ANNIVERSARY

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Peeler Arthur ("Sonny") and Joyce Peeler of Gaffney celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 10, 2008.

Mr. and Mrs. Peeler were married in York in 1958. They have a daughter, Teri Snavely and husband, Joel, of Middletown, Pa., and two sons, the Rev. Jeff Peeler and wife, Sherri, of Everett, Pa., and Rex Peeler and wife, Hope, of Mayo. They have six granddaughters, Melissa Kline and husband, Dean, Abigail Peeler, Emily Peeler, Erin Peeler, Annelise Peeler and Grace Peeler; and two great-grandsons, Logan Kline and James Kline.

Mr. and Mrs. Peeler were honored by family and friends with a party on Saturday, Aug. 9, at the home of Mrs. Peeler's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Turner of Gaffney.

Mr. and Mrs. Peeler will celebrate their anniversary with a trip to Cooperstown, N.Y., later this year.
