City to make changes in zoning laws by reducing setback requirements

Man tells police ex-wife tried to run him over with minivan
The Gaffney Police Department is investigating an Aug. 5 incident during which a man claimed his ex-wife tried to run him over with a minivan. According to a police report, a 28-year-old man claimed his ex-wife attempted to hit him on College Drive and Union Street between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. Aug. 5. No charges were reported by police.
