Youngs Grove revival Aug. 17-21

BLACKSBURG - Homecoming services at Youngs Grove Baptist Church, 222 Young Grove Road, will be held Sunday, Aug. 17, with the pastor, Dr. Larry J. Brooks, as speaker.

Sunday at 3 p.m., the Rev. Charles Webber, pastor of Golden Ridge Baptist Church, Shelby, will deliver the homecoming message. Rev. Webber will be accompanied by his choirs and congregation.

Revival services begin Monday and continue through Thursday at 7 p.m.

Speakers for the week include: Monday, the Rev. Dennis Funderburk, pastor of Hopewell Church, Blacksburg; Tuesday, Dr. A.L. Bracket, pastor of Mt. Zion Baptist, Gaffney, and St. Paul Baptist, Union; and Wednesday and Thursday, Dr. Jamaal Edwards, pastor of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Forest City, N.C.
