D. C. Horne
Former employee of Lockheed Aircraft Corp.
Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of the late Norene Mullinax Horne and son of the late Rev. William James Horne and Magnolia Fowler Horne. He was a former employee of Lockheed Aircraft Corporation, a United States Air Force veteran, and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by two grandchildren, David Horne and Kimberly Horne, both of Maryland; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Calvin Horne of Gaffney; and three sisters, Carolyn Vinson, Ella Vinesett, both of Gaffney, and Grace Pressley of Spartanburg. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Horne was preceded in death by a son, Mike Horne. Services will be announced at a later date.
