SCHOLARSHIP PRESENTED


The William E. Foster Jr. Scholarship was awarded to Jessica Dawkins, right, for academic excellence. The $1,000 award was presented by Mary L. Foster, widow of William E. Foster Jr. Dawkins is a 2008 graduate of Gaffney High School and will attend Lander University, majoring in accounting. The William E.
