ENGAGEMENTS

James Earl Malone and Candace Yvonne Gregory Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tim Gregory of Spartanburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Candace Yvonne, to James Earl Malone of Boiling Springs.

Miss Gregory is the granddaughter of Bobby and Minnie Gregory of Gaffney and the late L.D. and Doris Hullender who lived in Blacksburg. A graduate of Spartanburg High School, she received a B.S. degree in nursing from University of South Carolina Upstate and works in the Neuro Intensive Care Unit at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Malone is the son of the late John Haskell Malone Jr. and grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Haskell Malone, all of whom resided in Greenville. He graduated from Hillcrest High School in Simpsonville and is employed by Cintas Corporation as a sales service representative.

The couple will be married on November 1 at Eastside Baptist Church in Spartanburg.
