Haley Callahan

Haley Caroline Callahan, 12, of 186 Roy's Farm Road, went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2008, at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Born in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Robert Andrew Callahan and Kim Owen Callahan of Gaffney. She was a fifth grade student at Corinth Elementary and was of the Baptist faith. She loved life, animals and all of God's creatures.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Ken and Gwen Owen, and her paternal grandmother, Delores Callahan, all of Gaffney.

The family will receive friends Friday, Sept. 12, from 6-8 p.m. at Blakely Funeral Home.

Services will be held Saturday, Sept. 13, at 2 p.m. at Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny Bridges and Mrs. Anne Cole officiating. Interment will be in the family cemetery located on Roy's Farm Road in Gaffney.
