ENGAGEMENT

Jacqueline. Lowry and James H. Hoey Sr. Jacqueline F. Lowry and James H. Hoey Sr. announce their engagement.

Ms. Lowry is the daughter of the late William and Amy D. Foster. Mr. Hoey is the son of the late Precious and Willie Mae Hoey. Both are graduates of Granard High School.

The wedding will take place in December.
