Ann Wyatt

Retired from textile industry

Elizabeth Ann Haynes Wyatt, 65, of 110 Madison Ave., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008, at Upstate Carolina Medical Center.

Born in Gaffney, she was the daughter of the late Walter Edgar Haynes and Essie Patterson Haynes. She was retired from the textile industry and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by two sons, Robert Wyatt and wife, Mary, and Jeffrey Wyatt and wife, Mary, all of Gaffney; two daughters, Lori Wyatt and Melissa Gaffney of the home; five grandchildren, Phillip Wyatt, Holly Wyatt, Wade Wyatt, L.J. Wyatt and Katie Jenkins; six great grandchildren; and two sisters, Patsy Owensby and Betty McIntyre, both of Gaffney.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Wendy Sue Wyatt, and two sisters, Nettie Mae Bright and Linda Dale Thomas.

Services will be held Sunday, Sept. 28, at 2 p.m. in Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. William Blanton and Mr. Ashby Blakely officiating. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at Blakely Funeral Home.
