'Fall for Bingo'at St. Paul's

Melba Lindler, Nancy Harrison (Lutheran Women of the Word president), and R.B. St. Paul's Lutheran Church is sponsoring its 'Fall for Bingo' missions fundraiser Saturday, Oct. 4, from 4:30-8 p.m. in the church fellowship hall.

Visitors can enjoy a hamburger and hot dog dinner with all the fixins', including tea, soft drinks and desserts. Tickets (available at the door) are $10 for adults and $3 for children.

Bingo can be played from 5:30- 8 p.m. Among the prizes are gift certificates from Outback Steakhouse, Garfield's Restaurant, Golden Corral, Daddy Joe's Beach House BBQ and Grill, Sagebrush, The Clock, Applebee's, Zaxby's, Bojangles, Pete's, Fatz, Joy Drive-In, Ruby Tuesday, Red Lobster, Bronco, Cracker Barrel, Pizza Hut, House of Pizza, Pizza Inn and Substation II. A number of homemade cakes will be auctioned during the evening and a drawing for a jewel-tone batik Psalms wall hanging/crib quilt will be held at 8 p.m. Raffle tickets for the quilt will be sold at the event.

The church is located next to McDonald's on Floyd Baker Boulevard.
