Kinard and Julia Gaffney Kinard. She was the great great grandaughter of Captain Michael Gaffney, founder of Gaffney.

      COWPENS—Jonah Major Belue, Jr., 81, formerly of 2003 Battleground Road, Cowpens, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 13, 2008 at Brookview Heathcare Center. Born in Spartanburg, he was the husband of Marie Cash Belue and the late Alice Geraldine Sellars Belue, and the son of the late Jonah Major Belue, Sr. and Hester Hughes Belue.
