Miss Cash, Mr. Bright speak marriage vows

MR. AND MRS. MICHAEL CHAD BRIGHT MR. AND MRS. MICHAEL CHAD BRIGHT Sheila Kay Cash of Boiling Springs and Michael Chad Bright of Gaffney were married Sept. 6, 2008, at New Heights Baptist Church. The Rev. Sidney Norton officiated the 2 p.m. double ring ceremony. A reception, given by the family, followed in the church fellowship hall.

Music was provided by Gayle Phillips, organist, and Melissa Doiron, vocalist.

The bride is the daughter of Ricky Cash of Chesnee and Brendy Kennedy of Boiling Springs. Her grandparents are the late Walter and Nellie Cash and the late Effie West. She works for Lesco Restorations.

The groom is the son of Lee and Barbara Bright of Gaffney and grandson of Leeford Blanton of Gaffney, the late Doris Blanton and the late James and Daisy Smith. He is owner/operator of Modern Carpet Cleaning.

After a wedding trip to Savannah, Ga., the couple are residing in Chesnee.

The bride's daughter, Brittany Briggs, of Chesnee was junior maid of honor. Bridesmaid was Brianna Smith of Spartanburg.

The groom had his father as best man. Groomsman was Justin Brooks of Tifton, Ga. Arlie Grace Randolph of Gaffney, niece of the groom, attended the guest register and distributed programs.
