Turner - Pridmore vows said

MR. AND MRS. JODY LEE PRIDMORE MR. AND MRS. JODY LEE PRIDMORE Brandy Lee Turner and Jody Lee Pridmore were united in marriage on June 21, 2008, at Abingdon Creek Baptist Church. Dean Painter officiated the 2 p.m. double ring ceremony.

A reception followed in the church's recreation center.

The bride is the daughter of Becky and Rick Wood and granddaughter of Ira Ed and Fronie Turner, all of Gaffney.

The groom is the son of Linda Deaton and grandson of Ruby Blackwell, both of Gaffney.

Mr. and Mrs. Pridmore are both students at Limestone College. They are making their home in Gaffney after a wedding trip to Cozumel, Mexico.

Music was provided by Sue Peeler who rendered various selections on the piano.

The sanctuary was decorated with a 15-branch candelabrum and arrangements of fresh-cut yellow roses and calla lilies. Spiral candelabra accented with greenery and yellow satin ribbons complemented the setting along with the unity candle.

Escorted and given in marriage by her grandfather, Ira Ed Turner, the bride was attired in a gown of white silk embellished with rhinestones and pearls. She carried an armlay of fresh calla lilies tied with chiffon and satin ribbons.

Jada Powell, niece of the bride, and Kaylie Fite, niece of the groom, were flower girls. Conner Fite, nephew of the groom, was ring bearer.

John R. Wood, father of the bride, was groomsman.
