Halloween events

Everyone is invited to come to downtown Blacksburg on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., where candy will be distributed at a number of businesses.

Fall festivals

Buford Street United Methodist Church, First Baptist Church and Limestone Presbyterian Church will host a fall festival Tuesday, Oct. 21, from 5-7 p.m. in the parking lot between City Hall and Wachovia. Hot dog plates will be sold for $1 and activities include a moon bounce, giant slide, Velcro wall, obstacle course, rock wall, etc.
