Miss Glenn, Mr. Leach exchange vows Oct. 25
MRS. JERRY LAMAR LEACH (DANA MICHELLE GLENN) Dana Michelle Glenn and Jerry Lamar Leach, both of Spartanburg, were united in marriage on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, at 3 p.m. at Lower Shady Grove Baptist Church. The Rev. Fred L. Sweeney officiated the ceremony.
Music was provided by Kenneth Oglesby, pianist and vocalist, and Seymour Means, vocalist.
Mrs. Leach is the daughter of Harold and Christine Glenn of Spartanburg. A 1999 graduate of Spartanburg Technical College, she is employed by Lesco Restorations Inc.
Mr. Leach is the son of Warren and Valeree Manning of Gaffney and late Roy and Brenda Leach. He is employed by Kress Printing.
Daphine Glenn Robinson of Statesville, N.C., was her sister's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Amanda L. Barnette of Boiling Springs, Courtney B. Simon of Spartanburg, both friends of the bride; Katina Littlejohn of Gaffney, friend of the groom; and Lynn Mayhew of Greenville, sister of the groom.
Victoria Robinson, niece of the bride, and Andrew Robinson, nephew of the bride, both of Statesville, N.C,, were the flower girl and ring bearer, respectively.
Benjamin Oglesby II, friend of the groom of Gaffney, was best man. Groomsmen were Michael Mayhew of Greenville, brotherin law of the groom; Richard Robinson of Statesville, N.C,, brother-in-law of the bride; Roderick Walton of Roebuck, cousin of the bride; and Terrance Leach of Gaffney, brother of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Radisson Hotel and Suites in Spartanburg. Hostesses were Altheia Montgomery, Betty Jean Gilliam and Carmella Cox.
After a trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple will make their home in Spartanburg.
